As far as I recall the announcements made at I/O were for all models made in 2015. Still have a little time left.
Sharp and Sony where the names they listed at io but nothing has been said from them since. It may be a while as the platform is in a slow early start but with ces coming up you may see some announced.
It is normally recommend that you pick a TV that you like the picture of and has the right inputs. Leave the device on the side so you can upgrade the hardware without replacing the TV. The only advantage of having android TV run inside the TV is TV tuner control. That can be done now this the nexus player and a network tuner adapter.
I have a Nexus player and I am still waiting for the tvs next your to have it built in. I love what my Nexus player does and to have those features built into a TV would be perfect. Plus they will all be 4k and I'm in need of a new TV had so it will definitely be a pick up
I personally think that you should instead get a Nexus Player instead. Worry more about the picture quality of the television than any smart features. A TV sill stay with you a long time and any AndroidTV integration will eventually become obsolete. With an external STB you can upgrade whenever you want without replacing the TV.
