I'm having a problem where my Nexus Player will not let me select a 5.1 audio track in the Netflix app or when casting via Netflix. The don't even show up as an option. I don't have any problem with my Chromecast. 5.1 works with Google Play Movies & TV. Anyone else experience this?
Yes, apparently it is the Apps issue. Netflix need to update their app to have it play 5.1. Source, some Android forum somewhere when I Googled the issue a few weeks ago.
