So I am trying to play Interstellar via the Plex App and I am not having any luck. I have Plex Media Server installed on my Synology NAS. The NAS isn't powerful enough to transcode, which is not a problem because my Samsung smart TVs can play the media just fine. However, the Shield TV won't play the file and spits out that the server isn't powerful enough to transcode. I just want the Shield to do the heavy lifting - any advice?
