Every time I move the cursor with my controller to a different app or youtube video, etc. the system female voice reads the entire app name or video out loud. It's annoying and I can't seem to shut it off. I've gone into settings "Sound" and turned off speech but that doesn't stop it. Any ideas how to get this to stop?
