Anyone knows a decent PPTP client that would work on Android TV (Nexus Player)?. I have a VPS in New York that I'd like to connect to sometimes (hhummm Netflix USA) that is running a pptp vpn server (not secure, I know!). I've set it up on my Nexus 5 and it works perfectly but unfortunately it seems Google removed the VPN support from the settings on Android TV. I know I could hardcode american DNS but I plan on hosting other stuff on that VPS anyway so a direct connect would be better in the long run..
The best way may be to do it through a router that supports vpn connections. If you don't want to have all your devices go through the vpn, you can setup a second router as the only one that goes through the vpn.
Edit: Sorry I'm not aware of any specific apps that might work with the android tv.
