This app doesn't show up for me on the home screen. I can see that it's installed in Settings > Apps, but I can't run it. I've seen it get updates from the Play Store.

On the same subject, are there any good alternatives to HDHomeRun for tuning in OTA channels? I desperately want to watch local channels through the Shield but the HDHomeRun is a bit pricey just for that.
Last I checked it was on my Home Screen. I have Pluto.TV also installed and it is Live Channels enabled.

It's my app, and it's open source. HMU with any issues you find.
I believe that you have to install an app that has a LiveTV provider. For instance, if you have a HDHomeRun TV tuner then you need to download HDHomeRun View from the play store. Once this is installed, LiveTV should show up under apps.
