After starting the device, i am stuck on a screen that shows a blue @9 logo.
Any ideas how to get past this?
Seller is ignoring my emails. Ultimately ill return or chargeback.
Most MX boxes have a hard reset button hidden within the A/V out port. Just shove a toothpick down into that thing until you feel a click and hold for a few seconds.
Search online to read up on how that reset works.

You are asking the wrong people. Your device is outside the scope of this subreddit.
AndroidTV is a specific software (not hardware) system that runs on specific devices. (i.e Nexus Player, Nvidea Shield, Sony smart TVs, etc.) Hooking an Android device to you TV does not make it AndroidTV.
Don't feel bad. We get "support" questions from people duped into buying these things probably once a month.
