"I'm fine with Crossyroads"

That should become Apple's official slogan.

The Apple crossy road machine was such a letdown,no native controller supplied is a mistep, and am i right you have to buy that strap for the remote...just checked and unlike nintendo you have to purchase the remote strap, jesus they would charge for literally anything

Saw this in my email tonight. Nice jab at Apple.

Nvidia should offer a version of the shield tv with a remote instead of the controller, for 200$ or less. To be more competitive with the apple tv. Some of us don't care about hardcore gaming, but appreciate the snappy'ness of the UX.

Edit: The thing is. The shield tv is targeted at gamers, but there isn't any decent android tv hardware for non-gamers. If you want a remote you pay 240$ in total (shield + remote), thats almost 100$ more then the apple tv. I love google services but man, when the apple tv comes out and reviews are decent, i might get one.

Also, it is almost 6 months i still can't buy a shield tv here in belgium. The apple tv will probably be available here close to the launch in the US.

I wish Nvidia's remote (not controller) had TV power off and volume control. Also number keys for Live TV (and better media keys).

But other than that the only things I saw in Apple's presentation was their better integration of Siri and app notifications. Mostly that's only useful for sports stuff but it is a good idea and useful advancements of personalized TV (unlike NFL broadcasts that are inundated with burned in fantasy stats that I don't give a shit about).

Now Nvidia needs to release the 2.0 update so I can get full usage out of Kodi.
