Looking for a android TV box that streams Netflix in 1080 hd. Don't have a 4k TV so i don't care about that. Looking at the China boxes. Must be able to have Kodi and be 5.1 OS and rootable

I would wait til the end of this month for more info about the Nexus TV and Chromecast replacements otherwise consider an Nvidia Shield.

Have you considered the nexus player? Can't imagine a china box would be a better option. From what I've seen those things are horrible.

Pretty sure Netflix only does 720p on all the cheap boxes.
