Suggest a good android box for less than $90

I wish to buy an android box for less than $90 in europe (shipping included), which has the following as the minimum:
CPU: S812
GPU: Mali-450
Ram: 2GB
Storage: 2GB
Bluetooth: Not Required
Video Supported: H.265 and 4k (if possible)

We didn't hear any news about a Nexus TV replacement, but I would suggest waiting for that or get the current model if your chosen apps support an x86 CPU.
