They had said that the new Chromecast and Chromecast Audio would support it right away, and that support for older Google Cast devices would follow in the coming weeks.
No. My app hasn't been updated with Chromecast support yet. Last app update was the 24th. I imagine the next update will bring it.
Just an update: Spotify updated today and I received my Chromecast Audio. I can Cast from the Spotify app to the Chromecast Audio. None of my three Nexus Players show up as options for Casting.
