The performance on the Lollipop Nexus Player was a little disappointing. With Marshmallow, I was very impressed.
Can't wait to see what the Shield will be able to do with Marshmallow!

I always buy Nexus devices, and I'm always in the last wave when it comes to mother fucking update roll outs.
I didn't feel any performance improvement from lollipop. But then I didn't have any issues with performance before.
Is the OTA out yet?
I had no issues with performance before the update. However, several bugs got squashed. Can now use voice search and netflix again! Both were broken in lollipop.
The only performance update I got was playing mpeg2 files. Since it's now hw decoded.
Didn't see much of a performance boost with the 6.0 upgrade. Wondering if there are some optimization settings to make the most of Marshmallow.
