BBC I player is now showing up on my shield, in the shield hub and BBC news and sports are in the apps list.
They just appeared for me in the last half hour.
None of them seem to follow Google's lean back guidelines, and aren't the easiest to navigate. But something is better then nothing.

Brilliant... All we need now is 4OD and ITV player and we're set!
here it was available for a short time but is gone now. I am on unotelly, so this may be related but I wonder if someone has the same experience?
