Cast TWC TV app from ios to Shield TV

I've been trying to figure this out for hours now. Does anyone know of a way to cast the TWC TV app (ios) to the Shield TV? I've tried finding an ios app that does full phone mirroring to cast everything on the phone but can't find one. I'd rather just cast a chrome tab while logged into my TWC account but the damn website version never plays a video for me.

Best way would be to mirror the phone, in fact, it's the only way. Look into Mirroring360. It's on both the Amazon store and Play Store. Works well

I'm trying to figure out why I can't just play TWC through my web browser. I've tried Edge, Chome, and Firefox. Firefox said to download flash player, which I did, and then when I tried again it gave me the same error as the other two. I really don't know what the problem is...
