I emailed amazon customer service asking if I could get a coupon and they emailed me back saying they adjust my order accordingly. I'd say just reach out to amazon CS if you didn't get one- they were super helpful on this one.

These coupons are probably tied to the Amazon account.
I had the shield saved for later in my cart for a while, deleted from the cart yesterday and got the code this morning.
I did not receive the offer either, but was able to call Amazon Customer Support and have them honor the $50 code.
I've had the shield tv in my cart quite a few times, but never pulled the trigger.
This would be an instant-buy for me if someone else had an extra.

Got a $50 Off Nvidia Shield Promotional Code on my e-mail address, and for some reason it expired early. Contacted Amazon Live Chat, and the first time the representative didn't do anything and later sent a follow-up e-mail saying the promotion expired (no... shi* it wasn't supposed to be expired!). I contacted Live Chat again and this time got $50 credit deposited into my Amazon Account. Just placed the order for the Nvidia Shield with Prime!
Also it looks like Nvidia is sending out promotional codes actively to registered e-mails since I got one in my inbox for $50 Off.
I've been watching the shield for a few weeks now possibly looking to get one. I was hoping for a sale. Come to find out they've been having one for over a week now. Does anyone have an unused promo code available? I would greatly appreciate it, thanks!
