Is there any easy way to cut and paste text from my phone to my Nexus Player? My goal is to send streaming links to my TV from my phone. Tried the Pushbullet Kodi addon but you can't click the notification. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Using chrome? Keep the tab with the streaming link open on your phone. Open chrome on your Android TV, go to recent tabs and look under other devices. Open the tab with the streaming link. Copy and paste if needed.
If you use the TV remote app, you can use your phone's clipboard as one of the input types to the phone keyboard.
