The Nexus Player's Android 6.0.1 update brings "lots of performance improvements and bugfixes" but unfortunately, the "washed-out colors" bug when playing HW-accelerated video has not been fixed since Google is still working on the issue with hardware partners.

I hope this fixes the YouTube app. If I watch a few videos then switch over to Kodi to watch something when I go back to the YouTube app all I get is a blank YouTube screen. It looks right as far as having a search button at the top and having the YouTube logo but there are no videos or playlists. The only fix is to force close the app which isn't very easy to do.
