some of the french ones have integral/discrete tuners that might be, but uh, what satellite system are you trying to tune into? kind of need to know that first.
i believe in some geo's signals there are usb tuners that are supported as 'live channels' in ATV. also in some geo's are support for IP tuners to do the same.
