Any app to mirror audio and video to either Apple TV 4 or Sony Android TV?

I've done much searching and many downloads to no avail so I figure I'll just ask the sub.

I'm using a Galaxy Tab 4 on 4.4.2 and I have an XBR-850C Sony TV with Android 5.0 installed. What I'd like is universal mirroring from the tablet to the TV, any app, the home screen, everything, regardless of content restrictions.

The tablet is not rooted although I'm in the process of doing that (looking for the appropriate tool/guide if anyone can help with that I'd also appreciate it) so if that's the only resolution you know of, I'll take that as well.

Any modern android phone should mirror to a chromecast or an AndroidTV.

And AppleTV will airplay from an Apple device. There are some restrictions though

Download the Chromecast App to on the tablet. From there you should be able to cast the screen to the Android TV
