Or just put DVD images on your NAS and use Kodi to play them back with full menu and subtitle support.

I'm fairly certain that it's possible to just plug in a USB DVD drive into an existing Android TV and then play back retail DVDs. At least in Kodi.

So... Does it stream to AndroidTV devices?

Man. Can you believe its 2016 and we are finally getting DVD Menus! This is SO Amazing! Actually who really gives a shit. Its DVD menus. The only people watching DVDS are poor people and dipshits. Also this type of technology has existed for like 10 years. Dune media players, Kodi(XBMC), Pretty sure VLC etc. The real use is Bluray Menus. I can't believe they would think anyone would care about DVDs. This isn't 1999.

Also Kalediscape products do this. I have switched to Plex because I like my library centralized on my 200TB at home. I had a huge issue changing from bluray ISO though to MKV because I kept out hope we would have a perfect BDISO player with menus etc like Dunes, but it never materialized. I finally gave in and have started convertering the 4000 blurays over to MKV. Plex isn't perfect but its damn close.

Menus would be great in a perfect world, but since no NON disc / cinavia based players can use the official bluray SDK for menus etc, Menus on Kodi / DVD Fab media player any hardware player that uses the free crap isn't %100. When I test blurays I have issues with DVD Fab Media player playing some.

If you want nice orginazation of your huge media collection use Plex. If you are stuck in 1999 you can get this software and be awesome with your dvds with menus.
