Been having this issue for a while where every now and then the home screen will come up in the middle of watching something. Anyone else run into this?
Box is a nvidia shield if that makes any difference.

I had that issue, as well as many others. Apparently there was a very large batch of bad remotes (optional remote, not the controller) I could unpair the remote and resolve the issue. Nvidia did issue one via rma and no further issues occur.
Note: When trying to unpair the remote it's extremely easy to accidentally repair it immediately. When the remote has been unpaired it automatically goes into pair mode (mic button is lit up) Just don't touch anything and let this time out.
