If there were such a thing, I'd imagine it'd be something developed by Amazon. Given their lack of support for things like Amazon Instant Video for Android TV, I doubt it'd be something they'd create.

However, this has nothing to do with AndroidTV and everything to do with a Logitech Harmony Remote.
You can link your echo to ifttt and your harmony to ifttt and it works.
My kids even know, alexa, trigger tv and the TV turn on. Trigger tv off turns it off.
Works perfectly and 99% of the time, no delays
Just turn on "ok google' detection on your android phone and you have an echo with you everywhere
