Screen capturing?

I'm trying to record videos of my screen and it's being impossible to find an app that does it. Anyone knows one?

I'm pretty certain lollipop relaxed the restrictions on screen recording making the process a lot easier, most apps wont require root either. I'd try sideloading one of these .
