All i know is as soon as vue is available on android Sling will be bye bye for me. They need to get there crap together and get something that compares to Vue.
Gonna have to stick w/ the old plan here. Although I would gladly pay a $5 addon to get all local channels added to that package.
I'd love to be able to add fs1 for big 12 football and UFC stuff I can't give up my ESPN
The real question is how quickly does a change of plan take effect and how is it billed? What's to stop me from changing plans to the one with ESPN before a specific game or event, then switching back when I want something on FS1?
Just in time for the Blues playoffs and cardinals baseball! The switch took less then 30 secs.
PSA: When you change to this new plan, the confirmation/billing page is confusing and makes it seem like you're going to be billed some kind of prorated amount instantly, but in fact you'll be charged nothing and your billing date remains the same
Now if only they'd put some effort into making the app readable on a TV. It's great on a tablet or whatever, but across my living room, their UI is virtually unreadable.

Channels Lost with new Package:
Also worth noting: The only add on packages that are available to the new plan are HBO, World News Extra, Lifestyle Extra, Hollywood Extra and Cinemax Extra.
And of course multistream is added with the new package. This would seem to imply that Disney was the party holding back multistream previously. Honestly, my gf and I never use the Disney channels and we would love to have Fox, FX and National Geographic instead plus multistream, so this is great news for us.
