Weird blue glow on my Sony Bravia

Has anyone seen a weird blue-green glow on their TV? I see it occasionally on my XBR65X850C. It grows out from the SONY logo in the bottom of the screen, and the LED flashes the same color. It almost looks like the no more room to scroll glow some Android apps show. And no, it's color bleed like the old models had...

I've got that. It happens whenever I connect a remote (including my phone) to it. It happens other times as well, but I'm not entirely sure why

Ya same thing happens to my TV. It's the phone app. Everytime it connects you get the blue glow. The app and phone connect at random times.
