I've been able to cast 60fps videos to my Shield for months. Is this just for the controller UI?

i can select 720p60 and 1080p60 on my Shield TV in some videos too, Youtube version 1.3.8

Could any of you actually SEEING a 60fps video on their androidTV post the link/search keywords so we can see for ourselves if this is something we ALL can get, or its select scenarios/devices?
