I have a strange issue and am looking for some help or anyone who has also dealt with it. Starting a few weeks ago My hulu app started randomly pausing. Hitting play continues the content. Starting a few days this has started happening in the Kodi app as well. The remote is not being touched when this happens.
I cant really figure out what would be causing this. Anyone else dealt with this?
This has been happening on nvidia shield as well for last 2 releases.

I had that happen recently using SPMC on a few videos some days it works it's odd
Happens to my Nexus Player all the time. Youtube, Netflix, HBO, Kodi all seems to be affected. Somehow Sling is fine.
I confirm this happens on Kodi as well.
I have that issue as well. It pauses everything, doesn't matter the app. Its annoying tho.
Even after removing sling as a recommendation option it is still happening. Unfortunately I cant remove Sling as we are a sub to it. Hope they get it fixed soon as it is super annoying.
I've only had it happen with GPM, but it happens like every 3rd or 4th song. Really annoying. Gonna try the Sling TV thing someone recommended in this thread later and see if that works.
Anyone know a solution to this? I've had it for a month or so. It's very frustrating to hit "Play" on the remote every now and then.
Do you have the SlingTv app installed? I uninstalled it and it seems to have fixed the same issue. There is a thread about this somewhere in here as well I think.
