I've been tinkering with the Sony NSG-MR5U key layout file, and I've almost got it perfect. My problem, is that after a few minutes of inactivity, the review disconnects. Pressing any button will allow it to reconnect, but some poorly written apps(HBO Now, Sling) restart whatever show I'm watching on a reconnect. Any tips on preventing Bluetooth from disconnecting on idle?
You can go into the developer settings and enable "Always Wake"/"Never Sleep" or something like that. Only way I've been able to keep the remote responsive after idling. Before the unit would sleep on idle and maybe 30-40% of the time I had to force reset the box to get bluetooth working again.
