You can download other Daydreams (or Screen Savers since it's been renamed in N), and you can change it from the default Google Cast background. I'm not sure if you're going to be able to find something like what you linked, but here is a kinda cool one that works with Android TV:

I have been looking for daydream apps that work on Android TV. Initially just to display my own photos, but having some weather info or a news feed could be very cool.
