How to control ATV from PC?

Question

Simple question, I have an Nvidia SHIELD TV, and am looking for ways of controlling it from PC. There are remotes for Android, but nothing for PC and this is kind of annoying. Casting and controlling ala chromecast is a partial solution, but I'm really looking for an equivalent of ATV remote on PC.

Check out Vysor I've confirmed it does in fact work on the Shield TV, not exactly a remote, but gives you full control instead.

I too have been looking for a way to control the ATV via a PC or IP or RS232.  In theory you could get a serial to usb adapter and control it by sending keyboard commands but I haven't tried it out yet.  I wish NVidia would just make it simple to control it via IP.
