Well there's only four Android TV devices, and they're listed in the sidebar. The only one widely available right now is the NVIDIA Shield TV and it's $180+. For under $100, you might be able to find a Nexus Player on ebay, otherwise wait for the Xiaomi Mi Box later this year. It'll probably come in at around $100.
But you weren't asking about Android TV devices. You were asking about shitty Chinese boxes that run the touchscreen Android OS. You'll need to go to /r/settopboxes or /r/AndroidSetTopBox for that.
I'm hopeful we'll see USB OTA TV tuners later this year.
Thank you all for your comments, it was very helpful, especially the difference between Android Tv and Android tv Box! I have used them interchangeably without even knowing the main differences, but not anymore!

HDHomerun for Live TV to stream to the Shield.
You will wind up spending over $200 though.
