Anyway to fix this bar above the screen when watching Pluto TV through the Live Channels app

It only happens sometimes but there seems to be no way of getting rid of it when it does happen. I don't use any other apps that work with live channels so I have no way of knowing if it's only with this and go ogling has shown nothing
