But you weren't asking about actual Android TV devices. You are wondering about cheap Android boxes. We don't recommend those.
Roku Stick would be a good option for you, I think.

The only thing I could recommend you that however is 4 times your budget but that I'm absolutely sure of you won't ever regret buying is the nvidia Shield! It's perfect for kodi, plex, Netflix and whatnot. Before the Shield I had some sort of tronsmart android stick for around 50 bucks, but that caused me nothing but problems and finally just stopped working for no reason... So take this advice and do with it what you want, but I can assure you it's worth it!
