Depending on where you are you have access to Funimation and Crunchyroll, this should pretty much cover most of your needs especially since they got into a partnership recently.

I don't have access to any of them since I am not American/Canadian etc. but you can access some of it for free with ads or subscribe for 10 bucks a month which is more than fair considering how expensive discs are if you'd buy hthem.

Crunchyroll or Funimation. Crunchyroll is better for Subs. FUNimation is better for dubs.
