Working fine on my shield. Refresh rate sucks, but works fine other than that.
Every now and again it does this w/ certain channels but may work fine on others. This actually happened to me with ESPN yesterday. It always fixes itself after a while but the issue does exist.
I had this problem a while ago. It turned out to be my external USB drive. I deleted the app, removed the USB drive and installed it on the internal storage and that did the trick. I know this might not be your case, but worth a try.
Working fine here on two shields. Is it working on any other device on your network? Have you tried restarting the shield itself?
