Hi Guys,

Does anyone else have this issue? It worked about a month or two ago on my Shield TV and now it never, ever connects over wifi. I can see the device listed there but it never connects. I tap it and just keeps auto refreshing over and over again. Is there something I need to reset on my shield?

Edit: I opened up a case with Nvidia. I'll post an update when they give me one.

Edit: This worked from Nvidia!

Please open Setting - Apps - Downloaded Apps and scroll right and Select Android TV Remote and Clear Data, Clear Cache.

Please open Setting - Apps - System Apps and scroll right and Select Shield hub and Clear Data, Clear Cache.

Now, please shutdown the Shield Android TV.

Remove all Cables from Shield Android TV.

Without power and cables, press and hold the power button of Shield Android TV for 40-50 seconds.

After that please wait for 3-5 minutes.

After 3-5 minutes, please connect power and display to Shield Android TV and check the issue.
