This is an androidTV sub, for official boxes with the AndroidTV OS, the box you linked is just a standard android box with a tablet/phone OS and hdmi out

Sine this is the Android"TV" sub I will recommend the ShieldTV, basically the most powerful Android device.
I have been trying to do the same thing with my Shield TV. I just picked up a Logitech C270 cam to pair with IP Webcam to carry the stream and tinyCam Pro since it has a nice front end for the Layback launcher. But I Webcam is flakey. I haven't found a good alternative app yet to host the Webcam stream. Otherwise, when it is running, everything works fine. tinyCam is the way to go. The Shield is awesome but I would wait to hear what comes out of the Google announcement on Oct 4th. You might see the Shield TV come down in price after.
I don't have the same box, but tinyCam Monitor works well on mine.
