This listing seems sketchy as hell to me.
It has two "options" - one keeps the price at 69.95, the other raises it to 149.95.
The first "option" doesn't seem to be a Mi Box at all, the description says it "is an accessory kit that will allow you to add Local, Free live TV channels to your existing Xiaomi Mi Box, or many other modern TV boxes."
The second option is a "bundle" that "includes the newly introduced, 2016 Model of the XIAOMI ANDROIDTV Mi Box, with our customized Live Channel software pre-installed and the tuner hardware mentioned above in FIRST OPTION."
In other words, this is a very misleadingly named auction for a TV tuner which you can add a mi box to, for an extra $80.
The fact that it's seems to be deliberately titled and arranged to trick someone into buying a tuner by accident makes me seriously doubt whether you'd actually get a Mi Box even if you selected option two.
