I get extreme screen flicker, that seems to go away when I switch to 1080i. That's really weird because my TV is 120hz 1080p. Will update if I find a solution.

Try switching HDMI ports. 4k60hz wasn't working on my TV, only the 4ksm-whatever until I switched HDMI ports. Might be the same case for you...
