Any way to clear app cache on a Sony Android TV?

Should be settings>app>select app clear cache

On my Sony XBR-65X850C. Settings>TV>Storage &  reset>Internal Storage>Cached Data>Clear Cached Data & click OK. TV has been laggy af since update. Did this and rebooted TV but not sure if it helped yet.
