I bought a Mi Box last night, hooked up a ext USB drive loaded Kodi and all was fine. Until I tried to find Comedy Central in the play Store. I searched and all that comes up are shows/movies/clips from Comedy Central that Google wants to sell me for few bucks to view/rent.
CC supported Android and AppleTv in the past are they only Apple TV now?
Yea the CC app isn't out for Android TV. As always sideloading and a mouse with the phone app worksish.
Funny thing is if you Google Mibox and Comedy Central you see it listed as supported apps along with other CNN, Disney kids and ESPN
Comedy Central is announced for Android TV but not yet released.
Contacted support and they just told me yo reset the mibox. If it's not there from the store will resetting add it?
Just download it on the phone and cast it. It's easier than sideloading and using a mouse. Hopefully a native app will be released before the year is over.
One thing: if you use the CC app to cast Live TV, it won't work. You will need to sideload. Just as an FYI. Casting is limited to shows and episodes, not live content.
It's currently only available within Sling or you sideload it.

You can cast from the phone app, no native Android TV app as far as i am aware.
