• [Android TV] Playlist library no longer visible on home screen if there are no playlists.

Android TV specific bug fixes:

• [Android TV] Rating no longer overlaps title on video preplay.
• [Android TV] Enabling both the Refresh Rate Switching and Passthrough settings could cause playback issues.

Still have issues streaming from plex cloud, but thats not ADTV specific

AC3 audio is now playing for me with this update...finally! Plex was useless without it.

Can someone test the seek/skip changes and report back how they're functioning? On the latest beta they were still a bit wonky and unreliable.
