For all you Shield TV users out there. I just discovered that if you double tap the volume control slider it acts as a virtual play/pause button. I don't know if there's documentation on this, I just stumbled upon it on my own.
Then again I may be dumb and everyone is already aware of this. I guess I'll find out.
It's never worked for me :(
This function is hit and miss for me, sometimes it works and sometimes doesn't.
Pretty much like the Shield gamepad's volume buttons.

I've always been using the Amazon Fire remote. It works great with the Shield!
Would it have killed them to include an actual, physical play/pause button? Rewind? Fast Forward?
