Circles on Mi Box when Kodi loads Image files

Question

When I use Kodi, it loads up and a circle appears on the right side with the thumbnail image. This usually stays on for a long time, even when I'm using other apps. Has anyone seen this and do you have any advice?

I had the same thing and it was as xtrmbikin suggested es file explorer.  I removed that piece of malware and the circle went away.

ES file explorer for sure. I just went into the app in settings, force stopped then turned off notifications. No more bubbles on the right.

Thanks, I uninstalled on my android tv and it's gone!
