I have a Phillips series 7600 TV and I'm trying to log on my own account, but it's been locked on my brothers account.
His account doesn't have premium, so I'm stuck at the choose your subscription page.
I can't log out, so I need to remove smart lock. I tried reinstalling the app but that didn't work.
You can sometimes log out from the diagnostics menu, have you tried this?
From within the Netflix application, use the arrows on your remote to enter the following sequence: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.
Your brother has to turn it off on his Google account. You can't.
Uninstall Netflix and then reinstall. Alternatively, clear data for Netflix from the app settings screen.
This happened to me on my phone after I moved off my parents account. I can't remember for sure how I fixed it, but I know it didn't require my parents. Is your brothers login info saved in Chrome under your Google account?
