How do I remove the small circle on the right side of the screen?

It seems to be showing up when I start kodi. Then it will come off when i force stop kodi. Happens with es file explorer too

This is ES File Explorer. If you don't need it uninstall or if you need it force stop it.

Go into settings and remove permissions from ES.
