A lot of shows and movies never load on HBO on my mi box. I get a green screen. Most shows and movies never load. For some reason Vice seems to be the only show that loads correctly consistently. Anyone know a fix or have any ideas on why this is happening?
Mine loads, and the video starts to play, pauses, and then the audio is off from the video.
Same here,reboot and didn't work tried again a few days later worked for two episodes then green again
I have precisely the same issue. My workaround is rebooting the machine, then going directly to the video I want to play. That seems to solve it. Just don't open any other apps first.
Go to setting force close app and clear cache Try that it's been successful for me
Had this exact issue. Contacted xiaomi for support. They told me to contact Wal-Mart to support their product. I did - to promptly return it. Mi box is a complete bust

Did you uninstall and then reinstall? Have you rebooted the machine?
