Netflix problems

I'm wondering if anyone has experiences with Netflix not playing on their mi box. Every time I try to play an episode or movie, it plays for a minute, then gives me an error saying "we're having trouble playing this title at the moment." I play the episode on my mobile devices and Netflix plays fine. I try to cast it to my mi box, but no improvement. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out. Nothing. Is anyone else having the same problem? It's quite disappointing since I'm replacing my Chromecast with this and I use Netflix quite often.

I have the same issues. I have it with my Mi box and it did the same thing on my Nexus player. I'm not really sure what the deal is. A quick fix for it is to just reboot the mi box. This always fixes it in the short term (a few hours or so). I usually have to reboot once or twice a day to keep netflix working correctly. I really wish they'd fix all these stupid bugs on the android tv platform. I love it when it's working correctly, but that's not that often.

It's Netflix.

I have pretty constant issues with Netflix on both of my Nexus Players. A reset usually fixes the problem for a day or two.

This happens on the Vizio Netflix app as well.

This is happening to me as well. I tried uninstalling, device resets, device restores and I still got the same message. I returned the box and got a replacement and I still get the message.

I chatted with Netflix customer support. They said that device has stored data on it that is causing the issue and that the box isn't officially supported by Netflix. This came as a surprise because I'm sure other user are able to use it. This is very irritating. Does anyone have other workarounds?
