Introducing the SCRAPEY repotag for PuppetMaster.TV

I've rushed the release for election night, the new Livestream puppet contained in the SCRAPEY repo lets you watch strange livestream coverage across the spectrum of opinion.

Another interesting puppet is the new #Pastey puppet which lets you easily scrape M3U playlist files shared on Pastebin.com.

The new RepoTag SCRAPEY has these two puppets and introduces the new settings functionality.

The old RepoTag REKODI has rewrites of many popular addons in Kodi's official addon repository.

Live channels (Streaming channels) still not working on my Sony Bravia. Is this known issue?

Is anyone else having some problems streaming BBC content in HD? I've reinstalled the app version 1.9.7 and reinstalled REKODI, but for some reason most of the BBC content isn't upscaling to HD.

I've reset the internet and my DNS service, and done a hard reboot of the TV. I don't think it's my internet though, as other apps (Hulu, Netflix, YouTube) are all streaming in HD.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
