Hopefully someone can help me. I wake in the morning and my TV is on with the Screen saver of the Mi Box showing. First time it happened thought it was a one off but it is on every morning.

Mine was doing that, too. It was also randomly freezing & needed to be restarted. I finally gave up, took it back, and bought a Shield. Haven't seen any of those same issues so far.
Edit: I'm not 100% on how HDMI-CEC works, but disabling it may solve your issue.
Dude, this happens to me every day. At first, I was confused. Then I blamed my GF for forgetting to turn off the TV. Now it's a joke to see if the TV will be on or not when I get home. Still no clue why it's doing this.
Yeah I had that happen too. The only solution I found was to put the mibox to sleep when I was done with it.
